Here is another Good News item. This organization takes in young girls that have been sold to people for slave labor and/or sexual exploitation. The subject video discusses the plight of the young victims and how they made it to this organization. It is a very interesting video.

I have always had a problem with countries where you can buy somebodies child for a few dollars. I realize some of these countries are very poor and the sale of a child might save the rest of the family from certain starvation, but as a parent how do you sell your child into something like slave labor or sexual exploitation? We aren’t even talking about children in their teen years for some of these, some are still just little kids that should be playing games with their friends.

Have you ever wondered how many of these children are right here in America, being taken advantage of by your neighbor or coworker?

  1. It is a very sad fact, but the peoples of 1st and 2nd world countries have been guilty of this too. I will never understand these people that quite basically sell their children to the devil.

    • Maybe it is just me paying attention to world news, but it seems multiple times per day, every day, I come across a new crime of this nature committed. This does not include rape by others. Just the trafficking for sexual exploitation and prostitution seems to be an every day event. WHY?
