While the tendency is to immediately find fault with the skateboarder, why was this child walking alone in the middle of a known skateboard park?
As for the infuriated mother: Trust me, it does not matter if she right or wrong. The second a woman sees one of her young (often one of anybody’s young) harmed in any way, run. Do not try to explain. Do not try to defend your opinion. Do nothing but say “I’m sorry” and run. Because the only way to prevent her attack is not being there.
