YOU HAVE GOT TO READ THIS STORY!!!! YOU WILL NOT BELIEVE THIS STORY!!! IT WILL LEAVE YOU WITH TEARS IN YOU EYES!!!!
What an absolutely horrid story to run just before Mother’s Day. At first it seemed like just another story of “Woman dies, somebody stole her money, bad guy dies.” But, as I read on, the story changed. No longer was it the kind of story previously mentioned. No, now the aforementioned story became kind of “really sad” making you think of your own mother. Then after having been thoughtful of my own deceased mother, eaten a bowl of cereal, and then was subjected to some other interruption distracting me from changing the page to read the next story of interest to me.
When I sat back down to finish looking over the news, I started where I had left off and the first line in the “Comments” section caught my eye.
“Since Jon Whiteford is dead, there are no charges against him.”
Some of you may not catch the humor in the above statement, read on . . .
I wonder why her social security checks weren’t………frozen
There is no way you can read the “Comments” section of the subject story without it bringing a tear to your eye. Hundreds of readers, one-after-the-next, responding to this tragic, “Mom croaks, kid steals her everything and still had to freeze her because he could not afford to pay for her funeral” type of story, with pun ,after pun, after pun making light of this heart breaking story. Just look at this:
Yes. This case was pretty “cold”.
Because no one knew she died.
This story is quite chilling.
Now that’s cold.
Guy must have had ice in his veins.
Cool it you guys.
I would, but I’m out of chill pills.
Have you ever, ever, even once seen such a positively horrific way to treat our recently departed dead people. Can you imagine people showing that kind of disrespect to someone that has past the threshold to whatever waits for us on the other side. BY the third page of the “Comments” section, I thought I would have to be restrained. I laughed so freaking much I was crying. My God, what kind of person have I become. (rofl) No seriously, rolling on the floor laughing my ass off. Again the story changes. This time it has become, a “COMEDY” made for a movie somewhere.
( I do not quite know the rules for reprint of comments from another publications “Comments” section, so if I am in violation of anybody’s copyright or any other similar “property rights” please advise me and I will promptly remove your inclusion from the story. And, I give credit for the subject story to Ben Brumfield, CNN. The subject story may be read by following this link:
